ALWAYS PRAY AND NEVER GIVE UP

There are times in life when we pray and the answer seems delayed. We may pray about the same situation repeatedly and wonder when circumstances will change. Jesus gives us a powerful instruction in today’s scripture: we should always pray and not give up.
Prayer requires persistence. It is easy to pray when we immediately see results, but faith is strengthened when we continue praying even when we cannot yet see what God is doing.
The words “and not to faint” remind us not to become discouraged, weary, or defeated while we wait. God hears our prayers. His timing may not always match our timing, and His answer may not always come in the way we expect, but we can trust His wisdom, His love, and His perfect will.
Sometimes the greatest work taking place during prayer is not immediately visible around us. God may be strengthening our faith, developing our patience, preparing circumstances, opening doors, closing doors, or preparing us for what He has ahead.
So today, keep praying. Keep believing. Keep trusting God.
Whatever we have been praying about, let us refuse to surrender to discouragement. We may not have received the answer yet, but that does not mean God has forgotten us.
Always pray and never give up.

💭 TODAY’S REFLECTION
Is there something we have stopped praying about because we became discouraged?
Today is a good day to bring that request before God again.
Luke 18:1 reminds us that prayer should not simply be something we do occasionally or only when circumstances become difficult. Prayer should remain a consistent part of our relationship with God.
We do not have to understand everything that is happening. We simply have to continue trusting the One who does.
Let us remain faithful in prayer, knowing that God hears us and that we can confidently place every concern into His hands.

🙏🏽 TODAY’S PRAYER
Heavenly Father,
We thank You for another day and for the privilege of coming before You in prayer.
Thank You for reminding us that we should always pray and never give up. When we become tired, strengthen us. When we become discouraged, encourage our hearts. When answers seem delayed, help us to continue trusting You.
Lord, teach us to be persistent in prayer. Help us not to allow circumstances, disappointment, or waiting to weaken our faith. Remind us that You hear every prayer and that You are working even when we cannot see what You are doing.
Today, we place our families, our needs, our concerns, our dreams, our responsibilities, and our futures into Your hands. Give us wisdom for every decision, strength for every challenge, and peace while we wait upon You.
May our faith remain strong, our hope remain alive, and our prayer lives continue to grow.
We will keep praying.
We will keep believing.
We will keep trusting.
And by Your grace, we will never give up.
In Jesus’ name, we pray.
Amen.
